About Us
Simply Done! offers organizing services to help make your home or office functional, beautiful spaces in which you feel comfortable and competent. We help you define goals and set priorities so decision-making becomes painless and uncomplicated. Your dreams and desires are unique to you, and your organizing systems also need to be unique to you, so you can continue to use them successfully after your organizer has left.
I am a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers and am committed to upholding that organization’s high standards of service to my clients. I believe that as a client you deserve an organizer who is in tune with your needs and can understand your particular goals. If either of us believes I cannot serve your best interests, I will gladly refer you to other organizers who might be a better fit.
Personal Information
I have been organizing spaces, systems and people as long as I can remember. It is my passion and my gift, and I love to share the benefits of that passion with others. I have designed landscapes as a licensed contractor, office and computer files as an administrator and project manager, procedural documents as a technical writer, and solutions to crises as the director of an information and referral hotline. I love helping people create beautiful, workable spaces for themselves, their colleagues, and their families that allow them to make room in their lives for what is most meaningful to them.
I call my home office “command central†because so many types of activities are conducted from it! I run my business, serve as treasurer for my faith community, operate a service project for homeless individuals, and manage my family life from one 130 square foot office. Without organization (of my time, my priorities, of the room itself) I could never do all the things I love doing and still retain my sanity.
I have lived in the United States, Mexico, Japan and the Czech Republic, and have a compassionate understanding of the unique challenges we all face living in a world that seems to move at a faster pace with each passing year. More and more, we need to consciously make room for the things we all need as human beings - peace, harmony, comfort, security, inspiration and creative expression.
Organizing is a process that can make meeting those needs easier and more enjoyable.
