What is Estate Organization?
"Estate Organization, as originally defined, consists of the organization and documentation of all the information relating to your estate. This is the who, what, where, when and how of your personal estate, the information your family needs at a time of crisis.â€
This field was pioneered and established by Jeanne K. Smith of Exit Stage Right®. In addition to providing these services to clients directly, Jeanne shares her many years of experience by training other organizers to use her process to help clients prepare for and navigate through their duties as personal representative, successor trustee or executor/executrix.
As a graduate of the Exit Stage Right® training, I am ready to help you organize your own or your loved one’s estate.
“A big part of eliminating fear is having a plan in place.â€
Peace of Mind: Organizing Your Assets
Are you prepared to put your life's details back together after a flood or fire? Can your loved ones find your doctor's name and phone number if you are sick or incapacitated?
It's a grim topic, but one we all need to address. After all, many of Katrina's victims lost all their personal IDs and bank account information! Including proof of flood insurance!
And when you pass on to the next realm, will your heirs or estate executor know who you want invited to the funeral, or where you hid Grandma's pearl necklace?
Simply Done! can move you or your loved one through the documentation process with care, compassion and respect. And if you are the heir or executor of an estate that had not been organized, Simply Done! can take care of sorting it all out and bringing it to conclusion.
While you're still here, Simply Done! can help you:
- Be prepared for emergencies
- Have one document (or CD) to grab with all your critical information
- Ensure your wishes are known after you are gone
For your heirs/executor, Simply Done! can help them:
- Stay calm and collected during a difficult time
- Know what has to be paid and when
- Manage and disperse the assets of an estate legally
- Find important documents such as:
- powers of attorney
- pre-paid funeral arrangements
- who to invite to the funeral
- your pet's veterinary records
- other important details
